Everybody w/ outwit always has a range of 10 (for OUTWIT!).

If they're soaring they can only o/w other soaring figures w/i 10 spaces.

If they're on the ground they can o/w other grounded figures w/i 10 spaces or soaring figures w/i 5 spaces since range from grounded to soaring is halved.

Think that covers everything, hope it helps!
