Hey all,
I've been out of the game for a while now, but just recently got back in with some friends and family. I was just wondering if there were any major rule changes? For example last time I was playing I read that using 2 powers together was forbidden. For example, running shot and range combat expert could not be used together. Has that changed, or is it still the same? Also, where would be the best place to read for rules of this kind? I went to the marvel heroclix site and there were some pretty good updates on the powers and such, but nothing very specific. Thanks for the help guys.

Best thing to do is to first read through the Universe Rulebook and PAC (cam be found at Wk's site) and then come back here and check Psylockeslover's Rules Reviews, which are sticky threads in this forum.
