well yeah that's why i was wondering if it would trigger during the mind control? i know certain powers and such won't trigger during mind control, so i'm wondering what would happen with Mole Man & Wendigo?
similarly what about Hulk?

MASS DESTRUCTION: Super Strength. When Hulk is given a MOVE action, after resolutions destroy all adjacent pieces of blocking terrain, then he can use Quake at no cost.

The only powers you can’t use during Mind Control are the ones that require a dedicated action to activate (like Flurry) or trigger off a specific action type (like Blades/Claws/Fangs). Since the Mind Controlled character is just given a standard movement instruction (not a MOVE action) and a standard attack instruction (not a CLOSE or RANGE action), you can only use powers that work during such standard instructions (like Precision Strike).
To answer the questions:
Yes, Wendigo would get to attack after resolutions of friendly Mind Control (assuming he actually moved during that MC), since movement is the only requirement.
No, Hulk would not get to use his effect, since it triggers off a MOVE action, not a movement instruction.
Wendigo would revert forces after the Mind Control attack/move sequence and not get to free attack if you did them in the wrong order. I think.
The order shouldn’t matter, since it’s after resolutions, so MC has to resolve first. Also, they specifically asked about friendly MC like Mole Man.
I believe you’re correct that standard MC would not result in an extra attack, due to Wendigo reverting forces, but I’m not sure exactly where that precedent was set.

Precedent was with TMT starter Hulk:

No. A player may not give actions or instructions (move or attack) to their characters during an opponent's turn unless an effect specifically allows otherwise.
