This guy is a real problem. Stealth, Poison, Outwit, Shape Change. You have invest a lot of time and energy to get rid of him to earn 40 points, but if you ignore him, you’ll regret it.

All these Danger Rooms can handle the craziness of Vulture and the new prime Batman. Would not be surprised if they get played more post rotation.

Question, if he’s friendly to your force and you K.O him with pulse wave do you get the PROTECTED outwit since you K.O him or not because he’s on your force?

Since it doesn’t have Protected: Pulse wave, I’m gonna assume that ironically, you do not get those benefits. (The same thing should apply for opposing characters as well).
