Damage You'll find Mr. Fantastic more than a match for you, Every Time: Leadership, Outwit. FREE: Choose an opposing character of higher points within 4 squares and line of fire and a power (standard or special) they can use. The chosen character can't use that power until your next turn.
This functionally makes this power only useful(generally) against stop clicks that appear multiple times, or that grant other powers you want to remove.
You cannot use the power on Doom's Stop power when he is on Click #1, because he is not using it on click #1.
I'm sure everyone already understood this, but just in case, please keep that in mind.
Unfortunately, Black Widow is smarter than both of them as long as she has a Trademark token... DOH!!!
To be fair, both of them can still use their special power to take a power away, even if she Tradecrafts them, haha. She just nerfs most everything else they can do!

Haha, that's kind of what I meant. Black Widow is able to turn off MORE powers than they can during a turn providing she has a Tradecraft. Which is total BS but hey, she's got a movie coming out and they don't so why not?

I find it "interesting" how fans have complained a lot about the power of Outwit - to the point the effective minimum range was changed from 10 to 6.
WK goes through the trouble of designing figures with protected: outwit including the age-old Power Cosmic and Q team ability.
Then they design a super-negation power to render all those abilities moot.

You misunderstood my point. Allow me to elucidate:
NEUTRALIZER: Once per game, when Forge hits with a range attack, you may choose that the hit character can't use standard or special powers until it clears action tokens.
I'LL HAVE WHAT YOU'RE HAVIN': When Rogue hits an adjacent opposing character, after resolutions choose a standard power a hit character can use. (Not optional.) That hit character gets an action token and can't use the chosen power until your next turn.
ENERVATE MY ENEMIES: At the beginning of the game, choose a standard power. If Thane has two action tokens, opposing characters can't use the chosen power.
ESPIONAGE: ...AND OPPORTUNITY: Stealth. Black Widow starts the game with 5 Tradecraft tokens. FREE: Remove a Tradecraft token to choose an opposing character within 6 squares and line of fire. Until your next turn that character can't use a standard power until it's displayed on their dial (as a colored square) and can't have their combat values positively modified.
UNRAVEL YOUR SOFT DEFENSES: Incapacitate. When Skein uses it, opposing characters can't use Super Senses or Shape Change (for that action).
YEAH...THEY CALL ME THE WORLD'S GREATEST: Blade has PROTECTED: Mystics team ability. // When Blade attacks a character with the Monster or Mystical keyword, that character can't use defense powers (that attack).
CHI MANIPULATION: Toughness. When Mandarin attacks a character with the Armor keyword, that character can't use defense powers (that attack).
THE NOSE KNOWS, BUB: Opposing characters within 3 squares can't use Stealth or Shape Change.
OMEGA-LEVEL: Mastermind, Leadership, Outwit. When Red Onslaught uses Leadership and succeeds, you may also choose an opposing character within range and a standard power. Give the chosen character an action token and that character can't use the chosen power until your next turn.
PSYCHIC BOW: Incapacitate. When she uses it and hits, after resolutions, choose a standard attack or defense power the hit character can use and that character can't use that power until your next turn.
LETTING YOUR GUARD DOWN: Combat Reflexes. FREE: Choose an adjacent character and a standard defense power. Until your next turn, the chosen character can't use the chosen defense power.
POSSESSOR OF ALL COSMIC KNOWLEDGE: Outwit. FREE: Choose a target opposing character within range and line of fire. Until your next turn, that character can't use PROTECTED: Outwit and its powers and abilities lose Protected: Outwit.
MAXIMUS THE MAD!: At the beginning of your turn, roll a d6. [1-2]: Until your next turn, Maximus can use Battle Fury. [3-4]: Until your next turn, characters within range (including Maximus) can't be given a costed action if they have an action token. [5-6]: Choose an opposing character and a power on their card. That character can't use that power until your next turn.
I MEMORIZED MOVES FROM DOZENS OF CHUMPS, TAKE YOUR BEST SHOT!: FREE: Choose two: Charge, Flurry, Running Shot, Blades/Claws/Fangs, Incapacitate, Penetrating/Psychic Blast, Precision Strike, Combat Reflexes, Energy Shield/Deflection, Close Combat Expert, Exploit Weakness, Ranged Combat Expert. Taskmaster can use the chosen powers until your next turn. This turn, characters targeted by Taskmaster with an attack can't use the chosen powers until your next turn.
BEFORE HUMANS TOPPED THE FOOD CHAIN: Blades/Claws/Fangs. Opposing characters within 3 squares can't use Blades/Claws/Fangs.
THE BIOLOGICAL APPLICATION OF COSMIC POWER: Perplex, but only to target other characters. When Thanos uses it to target a friendly character, that character can use [Power Cosmic] until your next turn. When Thanos uses it to target an opposing character, that character can't use Willpower or PROTECTED: Outwit or Protected: Outwit until your next turn.
SECRET INVASION: WHO DO YOU TRUST: If Skrull Warrior occupies hindering terrain, increase the result of his Shape Change rolls by +1. // Adjacent opposing characters can't use Leadership or be carried.
SECRET INVASION: WE'VE LEARNED ALL ABOUT YOU: If Skrull Technician occupies hindering terrain, increase the result of his Shape Change rolls by +1. // Once per turn, when an opposing character within range would use Outwit, Perplex, or Probability Control, you may roll a d6. HUNTING THE TRAITOR IN A-FORCE: Plasticity. Adjacent opposing characters can't use Mastermind or Shape Change or Stealth.
BEFORE MARTIAL ARTS: Adjacent opposing characters can't use Flurry, Precision Strike, Combat Reflexes, or Close Combat Expert.
BEFORE MYSTICAL ARTS: PROTECTED: Mystics team ability. Opposing characters within 3 square can't use Perplex or Probability Control.
BEFORE IMMORTALS WERE COMMON: Adjacent opposing characters can't be healed, can't use PROTECTED: Outwit, and can't use STOP clicks.
TITLE CHARACTER ABILITIES: (-6):whiteopenbook:Gram, Sword Of Truth:Adjacent opposing characters of 200 points or less can't use defense powers this turn. Starting Plot Points: 2
TWILIGHT, SWORD OF DOOM: Opposing characters can't use defense powers if they are the only target of Surtur's attack.
AUTOMATED COUNTERSPELL: Dr. Stark can use Energy Shield/Deflection. Opposing characters within 4 squares can't use Penetrating/Psychic Blast, Precision Strike, or Pulse Wave.
Etc.
I'm not saying Doom and Richards shouldn't have a power that a number of characters have a version of, I'm questioning the decision to have created "can't use" in the first place.
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
Nice list, but you forgot one. I still have nightmares going against this power. Kind of like Sutur's TWILIGHT SWORD OF DOOM but instead this goes for Malekith's entire dial.
