ENERGY DRAIN: Plasticity, Steal Energy. Parasite starts the game on click #6. When he uses Steal Energy, he instead heals 1 click for each special power and 1 click for each 2 standard powers displayed on a hit target's dial (before they take damage) and when he uses it he may heal past his starting line.


Once you get past the starting line (other than steal Energy), can you heal with Regen (taking that power from someone) or Support? Or do you have to get to the top click and then if you take damage from there, then you can use regen or use support on him?



I'm guessing it's the former, not the latter, but just want to be sure.

It's neither.
He can heal to clicks past the starting line only using steal energy.



So he can heal up to click 6 using any power.
Ro heal to any click 1-5 he needs to use Steal energy.

If he hits a character that has no special power or standard powers (i.e. blank dial), does he use steal energy normally or nothing happens?

H can only use SE this way. He can use the "normal" way.
