I really appreciate if you could help me with this.
Can I use charge only to move? I mean, without selecting any valid target to attack, only to move halve speed.

This is the specific case:

The captan marvel #021 from "CAPTAIN MARVEL MOVIE GRAVITY FEED" has

STRAFING RUN: [Improved Movement: Characters], Running Shot. When Captain Marvel uses it, after resolutions she may use Charge at no cost, but can't target the same character.

After hitting with "running shoot", Can she use "Charge" only to move away from the enemies?

Thanks for answer! But, Could you explain why?

Because charge has two parts, and you don't have be able to do the second to start the action.

I always frame it like this to help better understand how it works:

You charge up and attack someone with Shape-Change, that figure succeeds in the roll so you have no target.

It was always a mistake / sloppy to say you were charging X figure or Running Shot to attack Y.

In fact, you were charging / RSing, and once you finished the move portion, you then chose which target (and even which power) you were using.
