From the PAC:

Improved Targeting Destroy Blocking: Once per range attack, this character can draw a line of fire through one piece of Blocking terrain. Immediately after the attack resolves, destroy that piece of Blocking.

As written, does Thor’s IT: Destroys Blocking even do anything? Seems like his LOF would be stopped by a wall or blocking terrain since it’s not a range attack. If that’s the case, I assume he’ll receive an errata.

I think the intent is for him to attack characters on the other side of blocking, but they don't know their own rules sometimes.
