Unclear on Blackheart, Hellfire Club Guard Spawning

Hi all,

Searched through the threads but couldn't find the answer.

Do Hellfire Club Guards generate from the sideline or are they spawned from outside the game? Just want to know if they take up slots on your 9 sideline spots in a 300pt game.

I assume the answer is from "outside the game", but unclear to me.

Thanks in advance!!
