Hello everyone! Im new to Heroclix and finally played my first game with some characters from the new set which led me to a question.
On this particular turn I used Swordman’s Flurry which allows me to make 2 close attacks. What I did was use a close attack on one opposing character then I TK him to another character and used another close attack.
So my questions are:
Would this even be legal?
If it is, would I only make 1 attack role for both targeted enemies or would I roll both attack attempts on both separate targets?
Hi, welcome to the game. I'm sure there will be a lot of questions as you learn so keep them coming.
With Flurry, you are not allowed to do anything between the attack roles. You can't move, outwit, perplex, be tk'ed, etc. You have to make the attacks one right after the other. You can target different characters provided they are both next to you from the start of the action. You will roll twice, once for each attack regardless of how many characters you target.
No, it was not legal. You need to resolve the CLOSE action for Flurry and make your two close attacks before you could take another action.

Each attack from Flurry is resolved separately, with its own attack roll.
I know, using the word "resolve" twice can be confusing. So let's go a bit deeper. Grab the PAC and Comprehsive Rules so you can follow along.
From the PAC: FLURRY CLOSE: Make up to two close attacks.
You're giving a CLOSE action to activate Flurry. You must resolve that CLOSE action before you can give another action. This is explained in the Comprehensive Rules.
9.2 Action Phase
The Action phase is where most of the game takes place. Actions can only be activated in this phase when nothing is resolving.
You can't activate the POWER action for Telekinesis until you resolve the CLOSE action for Flurry.
Flurry allows you to make two close attacks. As shown in Comprehensive Rules Section 12:
You make an attack when effect instructs you to “make a close attack”, “make a range attack”, or “make an attack” (your choice of either close or range).
This section goes on to explain how to fully resolve the attack sequence. I'm not going to quote it all.
So in summary: You take a CLOSE action to activate Flurry. You resolve the two attacks permitted by Flurry. Then the CLOSE action is resolves and you can take another action.
Bonus round!
There are situations where you would make one attack roll against multiple targets. This could be from Energy Explosion, Pulse Wave, Quake, multiple bolts (), or other sources. When you have multiple targets you make just one attack roll.
12.2b Attack Roll
The attacker then rolls 2d6. Only one attack roll is made, regardless of the number of targets of the attack.
Check Section 12.1a for information on targeting with bolts, and 12.4 for how bolts apply when assigning damage.

This is not quite correct. Normally, you cannot take any action between the two attack rolls- TK, Perplex, Outwit, Sidestep, would all be examples of actions. However, there are some characters with special versions of Flurry do allow you do things between attack rolls. For example:
In addition, you are able to use Probability Control, die replacement effects, or other powers that affect the roll such as Saturnyne on the first attack roll prior to the second.

For pretty much every rule you can cite, there's at least one figure out there which either complicates or breaks it.
Which is why it's best to answer questions with "normally" rather than blanket statements. Wilx's way of phrasing could also be read as not allowing prob/die replacements/etc. on the first attack, which is even more of a problem.
