An incredible update for a classic figure. I would argue this is now the definitive Nightwing. Such a strong, flexible and synergistic fig!!!

Rebirth Nightwing still has too many powers for this guy to be the best Nightwing, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t great. You can never have enough Outsiders, especially ones that can handle themselves so well in a fight.

He needs the '+1 to combat values when in elevated' to be traited and not just a power on his end-dial. Too weak as is, even with close combat expert traited.
