Tried him out a bit yesterday and he actually has some sauce. Giant Size Willpower keeps him trucking, Avengers and Defenders TAs keep his attack and defense values at a reasonable level, super strength for when he doesn't have an absurd printed damage value, and the ability to survive around 2-3 more hits after you get through his dial the first time. At least on the level of the rare(not the prime) of the same set.
