It's a gatefold card, and the flavor text on the interior powers reads:

Also, the third click on the Legacy card shows Mastermind, rather than Barrier, in the defense slot, and the list of powers on the Legacy card has Mastermind (and not Barrier)... even though it’s pretty clearly Barrier on the physical World's Finest dial as-printed (same color as Probability Control on the last click, very distinct from the Shape Change and Plasticity on other clicks).
