Is this a convention exclusive LE card? Thought it would be a part of the 60th Anniversary set, but not the case given the fully revealed Legacy cards from that set.

I was a little bit surprised to discover I have this figure in my 2023 collection. I wasn't a "hater" on the original version, but I could never bring myself to use it. Knocking 150-points off the cost brings him towards the conversation of including it on a force... yet I worry about those stats and the loss of Sharpshooter/Improved Targeting. The (current) RCE boost doesn't make me feel any better about the end-dial. Setting aside costing and raw stats, the ONE thing I wish that this figure had been given Leap/Climb as part of the TRAIT, as it seems weird to have it only exist end-dial after taking damage.
