Activation of FF and Suicide Squad TAs for Wild cards.
OK, you've got V Silver Sable and R Invisible Girl as your last pieces on your team, and you has declared the FF TA for Sable. IG bites it. With no FF members on the board at that instant, can Sable still benefit from the TA?
Same goes for Suicide Squad. Let's say instead of IG, it's Deadshot standing next to Sable when he is KO'd. Does Sable get the use the regen roll?
After looking through the FAQs and finding nothing, here's my thoughts on it...

Members of this team act as wild cards.
We got this part covered.
Quote
They can use any team ability that any friendly figure on the battle map possesses.
When you declared the ability, there was a friendly fig on the map with it.
Quote
They may use this ability once each action.
Team abilities are "used" during the current action (i.e. smacking a Mystic gives you immediate retaliation and Hydra is applied during the attack). The action hasn't ended until you apply the abilities results/consequences.
If you KO'ed the last FF, then the wildcards are still FF until the action ends (and the FF ability kicked in as part of that action).
There are 542,000 children in foster care. Talk to your local foster and adoptive agency. You could change a life.

I guess the real problem is the timing issue
When can you change them? Some people insist you have to chose before hand

Choose what? The FF ability? Yeah, you would... before the attack was made. The timing is... yucky, but since you can only change a wildcard once per action you'd have to declare it before the fig with the team ability was blasted to plastic goo and no longer available for you to copy the ability from.

I thought they cleared this up a long time ago. When ever the FF member is the target of an attack you have to declare the wildcare FF to share the team ability.

See, the bolded part is where it gets fuzzy. It doesn't say that anywhere in the rules or PAC. There appears to be no set rule about how long the declaration lasts. It only says that "they can use any team ability that any friendly figure on the battle map possesses."
Now, here is what the rulebook says:
As soon as three KO symbols appear in a character’s stat slot, that character is defeated. Remove the character from the map. It is KOd and no longer part of the game.
And FF TA says:
When a member of this team is KOd, each friendly Fantastic Four team member may be healed of 1 damage.
So, in order for the TA to activate, the member must leave the map. If that is the last FF member, there is no longer anyone to copy the TA from. So WildCards would immediately lose the ability before they could receive health back.
That is, unless you (hair10) decide to make your stance on it the official ruling.

Exactly.

I for one appreciate the decisive ruling. And while it could certainly bear more discussion with valuable input, I know that I now have back-up on the same call I would have made.
IG dies Sable get the benefit. Same thing for Wildcard Suicide squad. "Heroic last effort/Despicable villianous act."
Enough with the #### timing people. Timing is an unnecessary point of contention for this game. You are making this harder than it needs to be. This isn't Magic the Gathering. (Of which the introduction of timing into the equation ruin a lot of good things.)

Wine is only good with cheese, not Heroclix.

I agree with this point. Personally, I don't think that there needs to be a "timing document" that spells out what happens when. Most of the timing things seem to generally boil down to "whatever benefits the controlling player". Maybe that's just a good rule of thumb to work with.
Opinions?
Now that I think about it, I'll start a new thread about this.

I agree Hair10. There does not need to be a "timing" issue.
Players are making it more difficult because they try to look too deep into the rules to get them to go their way.
And for any who say its not in writing, when the rules arbitrator puts it on the boards...that's legal, end of discussion.
Perhaps a clarification would be in order to avoid the issues of timing related to Wildcard TA's.

I also thought these may work as well:
This effect lasts until the end of the action.
This effect lasts until the beginng of the next action.
