All of the feat cards state "choose a character" except Rip-It-Up, which states target character in text body.

When do you "chose" the character. At the begining of the game or whenever the card is used?

Once chosen, can only that one chosen figure use the card for the rest of the game, or can you chose a new character each time it's used? (only Cannon ball special appears to be lost after 1 use).

Is Rip-It-Up different than the other cards. Can it be used repeatedly by a team full of Super Strength figures?
