would someone NOt be able to pulse wave some hookers, or other activation click figs on there first turn cause it goes against first turn immunity.starting area rules? just wondering

First Turn Immunity only speaks to which opposing figures you are and are not allowed to attack; it says nothing about which friendly figures you are allowed to attack, and so does not stop the first-turn friendly Pulse Wave.

But, in a round about way, could you not Pulse Wave on the first turn against an opponent? Pulse Wave doesn't target, which is why you can Pulse Wave your own figures...
