The card says "when an Agent is given an action." It does not specify non-free actions, so if say, KC Batman is an Agent and uses Outwit and Running Shot on the same turn, he has been given three actions: RS, free attack action, and OW. Therefore, I could add 3 to his defense in one turn, right?

Is there anything on the card or in the rules that implies that the wording on this card would exclude free actions from being used?

Here's a question.

Let's say my opponent used part 1 of this card to up his damage. Let's say it went from a 3 to a 4. Now, unlike perplex, this affect lasts till his next turn.

So on my turn, if I MC his agent that upped his damage, would I be able to make a attack with that character that would do 4 damage?

Well, answers and opinions give at HCRealms aren't official. I would like to hear the arbitrators' UNoficcial opinions on the answer to this question.

I think the feat should be reworded to say "When an agent is given an action token,..." Simple fix to the multiple actions per turn issue.

I'm not going to be commenting much on this issue at the present time. As soon as I do somebody will take it for gospel. You all will just have to wait until I get a few things sorted out.
