Can you carry someone using the passenger feat and use pounce in the same action? Is there a ruling about using more than one feat per action? The Passenger card doesn't say anything about giving the character an action. If possible the character performing the action would have to take two clicks of damage.

Unfortunately, no. Pounce requires you to give the character a Power action, and L/C only kicks in when you use a Move action. Passenger is only usable "when this character uses L/C (or P/T)". Since you wouldn't be 'using' L/C on Pounce's non-Move action, the rules don't allow for both to work at the same time.:disappoin
