When you play people who have the aqua movement, can they just run from land thrugh water, or do they have to stop in it as if it were hindering terain?? Its a quik question isn't it.

People with the aqua symbol treat water as if it was regular, non-hindering terrain (thats basically the whole point of them ) so no they wouldnt have to stop when entering water.

Characters with the dolphin movement symbol treat water terrain as clear terrain for movement.
(They do not have to stop when they enter water terrain.)
I'm disappointed.
I thought this was an Aquaman positive affirmation thread.

There are those malcontents who say, "All he can do is speak to fish!" Which of course is wrong. But even if that's all he could do... Batman can't even do that! Aquaman is more powerful than Batman, but everyone laughs at Aquaman while Batman is supposed to be so awesome, when he doesn't even have any powers, not even the power to speak to fish.
if wiz kids would make an map with a good amopunt of water terraine he would be way more usefull although for his cost he isnt bad now, imagine an island map with a lot of water or a gotham docks or:
flood scenario:
all terrain is considered to be flooded with waist high water!
all figures without a aquadic symbol or flight move at 1/2 thier speed value, with regards to outdoor maps treat elevated terrain as normal terrain. Characters with the aquadic symbol are considered stealthed for ranged combat purposes.
this is a little somethin I came up wih and works well with aquadic figures now aquaman and killer croc come into play a lot more here!

You know what would be cool? If characters with dolphin movement got Stealth whenever they were in water. It wouldn't help Aquaman much, but I think it'd be a nice one-up for aquatic characters.

I think that a map with mostly water terrain would more encourage fliers than aquatic characters. Fliers get enoug "air time" (ouch) as it is.
Additionally, if you stacked your team with Aquatic, you'd have to hope for the die roll to get the map that you wanted (or play the BFC if you lost the die roll...). I suppose if they added such a map and the appropriate BFC at the same time, it might encourage Aquatic...
