Can you use charge and Close Combat Expert together? Say I have (SOD)Superman charge and hit another figure, does he do his 7 clicks of damage to the character?

No, sorry. You are not allowed to use the CCE and charge.

To further explain this : Charge allows you to make a close combat action at the end of your movement while CCE is a power action, thus incompatible for the second part of charge.
