does hypersonic speed work with exploit weakness? How about E. Weak with Charge?

Had a guy one time play it as if you could HSS and EW, plus his team was 62 points over. I think he STILL lost. lol

He did lose, cause i beat him, Viva Iron Man!

BTW, the reason that EW works with Charge, but not with HSS is:

EW requires a close combat ACTION to activate.

Charges requires a power action that allows movement followed by a close combat ACTION as a free action. So that close combat ACTION as a free action could be used to activate EW.

HSS requires a move action that allows a close or ranged combat ATTACK as a free action. Since this only allows an ATTACK and not an action, EW cannot be activated.

So Would RCE not work with HSS?
