ok this is a little confusing but go with me...

lets say i play a 27 point rookie black panther and using the thunderbolts card, give him the ultimates team ability.

he now costs 32 points, making him significantly cheaper than the 59 point ultimate black widow. Now heres the question

using my doom team, can i copy the ultimates TA from black panther? i've been assuming "no" since they would actually copy the exact wording of the thunderbolts TA which is to select a different TA at the beginning of the game, but my friend thinks they can copy the TA in the game...

any help? (hope thats not too confusing)

First, while it would take 32 points from your build total to do that...as of right now BP would still cost 27 points. You would need to KO all the Avengers/Thunderbolts to get the points from the Feat. (5 points per Avenger/Thunderbolt.)

Second, your question is still being worked out, but the early indication is that a wild card could copy the Ultimates TA that was what the Thunderbolts have selected.
