Ok not sure if this is the righht forum for this but I was thinking on this for a long time. Why can some powers be used at greater ranges than the others? For example take mandarin hes got a 12 range. he can shoot 12 or mind control 12 or use any other power on his dial thats a range action on 12 except his outwit witch is pushed back to 10. He can MC you at 12 but only outwit at 10... now other powers like mind control say the clix range or 4 if they have no range. Why not make outwit and prob the same way? Yes I know Black panters 10 outwit would be sorely hurt by this but for 27 points it might balance a little better (At l;east in my humble opinion.)

Well mostly I just wanted some feed back on this why not make outwit and prob have the same flaw as mind control? It just seems to make sense to me whats your take on it?
