Ultron has armor Piercing, He makes and EE attack agains A, B & C and rolls high enough to sucessfully hit all 3 and Supes. I assume that A & C receive 2 damage, B receives 3 damage and Supes receives 3 damage(1 for each splash unreduceable) One of my local venues has a judge that says that since the damage is all dealt simutaneously supes would only receive one damage either because he fails his roll or because he get's one damge unreduceable if he succeeds..... I say that since supes is taking the damage from 3 sourceshe would take one damage from each.... my theory being that if their was a critical hit made the figure would take one extra damage form all three sources.... this judge also says that this is not correct and if someone makes a ritical hit with armor piercing in effect sien they get one damage guaranteed they dont get an armor piercing click as well...... But if I am not mistaken if you stuck three figures with Poison and AP adjacent to Supes he would take 3 damage..... which thought is right????3

Your Judge is correct.
All of the damage dealt by the attack is from a single source and is dealt at one time. A and C are each dealt 2 clicks of damage while B and D are dealt 3 clicks of damage. KC Superman with Impervious will reduce those 3 clicks to 0 (on a roll of 5-6) or to 1 (on a roll of 1-4). If Armor Piercing is on Ultron that damage dealt can only be reduced to a minimum of 1. So 1 click will be dealt to Superman either way. You do not treat each instance of splash damage as separate.

That is incorrect. On a critical hit...that increases the damage dealt to the characters by +1, not the damage value of the attack and thus not each instance of splash damage.
So A and C are each dealt 3 damage from the attack (2 +1 more damage dealt) and B and D are each dealt 4 damage from the attack (3 +1 more damage dealt). So again...KC Superman with Impervious would normally be dealt either 0 damage (on a roll of 5-6) or 2 damage (on a roll of 1-4.) So if the attack has Armor Piercing on it and KC Superman rolled 5-6 on Impervious...then the attack could only be reduced to 1 click of damage which Superman would take. On a roll of 1-4 Armor Piercing wouldn't come into play because Superman would be dealt and take 2 clicks of damage.

Your Judge is incorrect here.
A critical hit does not mean one click of damage guaranteed. What it means is that the damage dealt is increased +1. So for example if Destiny (0 damage value), and without any Feats on her, attacks a character with Toughness and gets a critical hit...this will increase her damage dealt by +1. Since she has a damage value of 0 this will be 0 +1 for a total of 1. That will still be subject to damage reducers so 1 will be reduced by 1 by Toughness and deal 0 damage. So even on a critical hit Destiny cannot hurt a character with Toughness.
See above for how a critical hit with EE and Armor Piercing works.

That is correct because each instance of Poison is separate unlike the EE which is all dealt at one time. With Poison you declare one Poison...which because of Armor Piercing cannot have its damage value reduced below 1. So Superman would take that 1. Then you declare the next Poison. Then you declare the next Poison. (You can even do other beginning of the turn things in between the Poisons such as use an Outwit.) With EE you cannot and do not since all the EE damage is dealt at the same time.
Pretend Armor Piercing is not present and compare the difference between Poison and EE. With 3 Poison characters against 1 character with Toughness each instance of Poison is separate. So each deals 1 damage. Each 1 damage is reduced by 1 to 0. So the Toughness character takes 0 damage. With 3 EE splashes against one character with Toughness, each instance of EE combined into one total damage dealt of 3. So the character is dealt 3 clicks of damage which is reduced to 2. So the Toughness character take 2 damage. This is the reason they act different under Armor Piercing cause they are applied different in game play.
