Say a Nimrod Nova Blasts a team using the FForces FFour TA Feat Card (wildcarders like Spidey, etc) does the attack roll of Nimrod get compared to the each of the defenders unmodified defense or the 19 sue storm copied defense?

Pulsewave ignores team abilities, so defenders cannot have the DVs altered by TAs (JSA, Defenders, AFF, T-Bolts, WCs).

Since Pulse Wave ignores all everything on the PAC (but not Feats), the new FF wouldn't count. Theerfore, each defender uses his own DV.

Just remember, if you don't roll high enough to hit Sue, her defense will still apply to everyone after the PW. They might lose a defensive power or two though.
