is AW cannonball a transporter or not? I heard he was, but the single base has me confused; besides, the official figure gallery doesn't seem to specify whether a figure is a transporter anywhere in the description. Where can I confirm that info?

Cannonball is *not* a Transporter. The Sam Guthrie LE is supposed to be the Transporter.

And being a Double Based character and a Transporter are not the same thing. It just so happened that all the Double Based characters in Fantastic Forces were also Transporters. That will not always be true, though.

Was Sam Guthrie supposed to be a transporter and then simply not, or is his dial a misprint that will be errated later? I have the Guthrie LE and his is just regular wing-speed.

Yes, Sam is supposed to be Transporter. The RA has said the lack of a Tranpsporter symbol on his base will be addressed in the next errata.
