I was playing a game the other day and after the tourny i re-read the rules

here is my question if i use the "Multi-attack" action to give myself 2 range combat attacks can i also multi target those attacks (DP has 3 lightning bolts)

So, no, she can attack three figures with her normal attack, or she can do multi-attack and attack two figures.
