Here's a little connundrum I've hit upon. Players cannot shoot through other players, they block line of sight, and hindering terrain reduces attack stats when attempting to shoot through line of sight blocking objects such as a bush. What if a stealth player is hiding in that bush? Though the shooter can't see the hiding player, would he still block line of sight, or would I just play as if there were only a bush there? I'm really interested to know what people think, or if this is an already resolved issue with official rules. Thanks.

Unless there is some special situation preventing it, character's on the same elevation always block LOF. Examples of a special situation would be a character using Trick Shot.
Since character's always block LOF, that includes Stealthed characters.

Another (better) way to look at it is this: it's not that they can't see the figure hiding in the bush, the figure is not 'invisible', it is just that they can't get a 'clear' shot at them because the bush/tree/car is blocking the shot. Therefore, they can't get a clear shot at the figure who is standing behind the figure who is hiding in the bush. When you look at it that way, it makes more sense.

I hope that helps.
Thanks for the help, guys. The above explanation makes things clear. My buddy and I just thought it was a humorous "philosophical" question. I appreciate the answers.
So what about someone that is elevated on a roof? Am I correct in that the elevated person can range attack those on the ground but the grounded players cant attack those on the roof?
I think that when you are shooting from elevated to grounded (or vice versa) you ignore other characters and hindering when determining LoF. I think I am right, but not sure.

Close. You ignore characters and most hindering terrain, but if there is actually hindering terrain in the square the target occupies, then that hindering terrain does count.
So, if Black Panther is sitting on a desk on the edge of the roof, he is in Stealth-mode.
