1. Ok, so Charge + Blades works. And Charge + Exploit works. So does Blades/Exploit. Can you use all three together? My friend was looking at V AW Psylocke, noting her sweet last click , and wondered that if Charge was there, whether all three could be compatible? Neither of us could be sure.
Eg. Such a character Charges and uses Blades. Would their Blades roll be irreducible b/c Exploit on the dial?
I assume yes, since Charge states that you can be given one free close combat action (in this case, EW). Then, BCF states that whenever "a character is given a cc. action, roll one die...." It seems to work....
2. Ok, I'm confused. How exactly does Extended range work with the following:

Yes, you could use all three together. The reason is that Charge gives you a Close Combat Action, which is required to use Blades/Claws/Fangs. Also, when you take your Close Combat Action, you can choose to use Exploit Weakness. It's not an either/or. It's a both if you so desire.

EE reduces your damage to 1. Extended Range allows you to increase your range by 1 now because of that. However, your damage becomes zero and deals nothing to those successfully hit (unless you roll a critical hit).
Incap does not allow you to increase your range at all. It's in the FAQs.
MC does no damage and thus does not allow for a damage decrease.
Pulse Wave I'm not sure on. Normalview?
Super Strength Objects when thrown, deal a varying amount of damage depending on what is thrown. A light object deals 2 and a heavy 3. You would decrease the damage from those.
