You can use the extended range feat with incap, right?
Also, could you use entended range and stunning blow together? Take Vet Ultimate Black Widow as an example. Instead of using stunning blow exclusively to do three damage along with the incap, or exclusively using extended range to modify her range from six to nine, could she modify her range from six to eight, and use stunning blow to deal the damage left over?

no you can't sorry. your damage well be reduced to 0.
why is that? stunning blow let's you use your unmodified damage value in conjunction with incap. extended range reduces the damage after all other modifiers have been placed.
using the above example, Vet Black Widow + Stunning Blow + Extended Range, increasing the range from 6 to 8 would leave 1 damage remaining to deal to the opponent along with the effects of incap. she has a base three damage

From the Marvel errata:
Replace the text on the card with: “Before making a ranged combat attack, the character's range may be increased for the duration of the attack by a number of squares up to its unmodified damage value. For each square the range of an attack is increased, decrease the damage value by 1 (after all other modifiers and
replacements) when resolving the attack. An attack using Incapacitate does not place any action tokens on the target.”
So, you could extend your range, but you wouldn't add any tokens. Effectively, using Stunning Blow and Extended Range is the same as using only Extended Range.
New question, but it is somewhat related, so I figured there is no reason to start a new thread.
The prerequisite on the card of entended range is to have range greater than zero but less than nine. Since Baron Mordo does fit within those peramiters, the card can be assigned to him. Can he perplex his range up to nine, and then use extended range to mind control somone 12 squares away? Or, for that matter, perplex his damage up to four, and still use the mind control up to 12 squares away.
I would think that the first case would okay, but not the second. I wasn't sure of either, so I figured I'd ask.

To use a feat, you must meet the prerequisites. If Baron Mordo has a range of 9, he no longer has a range less than 9. So, he can no longer use the feat.
