Let's say I have a Fantastic Four Team using the Fantastic Four Feat Card and I assign my Invisible Woman the Saboteur card and my opponet is using Sue Storm the Fantastic Four Feat card and a bunch of Wildcards.

Does my opponet still get to use the alternate Fantastic Four team abilitie for his team and his wildcards? Or does he have to copy the original FF team ability?

Also, same question for IL/Society or Alpha Flight/Avengers.

Well he isn't able to wildcard HIS FFATA, but according to the fact that you can wildcard ATA's in the first place...and since your Invisible Woman has the Saboteur AND the FFATA on her at the same time, it would mean that they just get HER FFATA. Meaning that they can share just the same with Sue Storm.

Nope....they would have to use the original FF TA....Not the share defense one....And this is because you can't use your oppenents cards.

Ok I know you can't use your opponents cards when Mind Control is used...but where does it say that if you stick Saboteur on a character with an ATA that they don't get the ATA?

It is in the Icon rulebook....That you cannot use another oppenents Feat cards. So if you use Saboteur card and then put it on FF then they would get the original TA not the one on the card.

Komixfrk75: The ruling has been made for the case where your opponent is using the Alternate TA feat and you are not.

However, why can't you use *your* feat card when picking up the TA via saboteur, in the case where both you and your opponent are using the ATA?

OK sorry...I didn't get what was really being said.....I would think you couldn't use it cause they are Sabotage your Wildcards to use there FF TA. Maybe someone should ask Hair10 over at the Whizkids site.

I asked around on the HC forums. Hair10 ruled that you could only get the original TA's in such a scenario because ATA's are feats and you can never use an opponents feats. And even with your own FFATA you can't use it because the timing would be off like T-bolts...Yay for house rules!

Ok so your opponents would have to use the original Ta and you can still use the Alt ta? Is this correct
