you dont HAVE to use the actual Oracle fig to play the feat card, correct? you can just play it for the +1 stat bonus?

Yes, there are two options to using the ICWO card, and it can be used just fine without the Oracle figure.

ICWO without Oracle on the card is kind of like having a burger without your favourite toppings.

It is still good but the toppings make it great

Great...now I have ICWO without Oracle running through my head to the tune of Rock Me Amadeus
