Can you use the U Flash from Hyper Time with the U Flash from Legacy on the same team?

Sure. They are two totally different characters (different sets symbols, different figure number). Doesn't really matter if they have the same name. You just couldn't use two HT U Flashes (or Legcay Us), since they would have the same set symbol and number (and are uniques... nothing prevents you from using the same REVs).

actually they DON't have the same name, for some reason, The Icons Flash is named "### Flash"

It wouldn't matter, anyway. The names can be the same, as long as only one Unique is used per set. You could play 10 R Hypertimes Flashes and 1 U Jay Garrick if you wanted to...

On an unrelated note, I wonder why there haven't been any LEs made of Flash characters (Jay, Barry, Bart, Wally)?

that is a easy answe: they want we because crazy trying to figure out who really is Bary or Wally.

Hyper Time U Flash is Jay, Hyper Time REV Flash is Wally or Barry? The Legacy Flash (Kingdom Come) is Wally, right? I ask 'cause at my venue we play Highlander rules, but if the clix is named the same as another clix but they are different poeple, say, Jay Garrick Flash and Legacy Flash its OK. Same with GLs, but you can't have CT Hawkeye and Fantastic Forces Hawkeye(but Ultimate Hawkeye is from a different universe so he would work the CT version) on the same team. I'm thinking of running an all Flash theme team so feedback would be helpful.
