hey i was in a tournament and the judge didnt know that it had a min of 1 am I wrong? I couldnt find it on the FAQs?

Because that ruling doesn't exist All Autoregeneration does is allow you to use Regeneration as a free action at the beginning of the turn; otherwise the power functions exactly the same as a normal use of Regeneration, including the chance that nothing is healed.

Also remember, whatever a judge says at a tournament is how it works for that tournament, even if they are wrong. You can bring the ruling with you next time and he should change his ruling but during a tournament what he says goes.
