cheap hss with a decent AV is what I say. It only says "when this character hits an opposing character with a close combat attack", so you dont even NEED armor peircing. You can simply hit em for 0 dmg if the have invuln or w/e and let your ranged figs open fire.

i like it on E puck with vault, so he can hit, jump out of the way for other character's LOS, and still tie them up w/ an 18 def.
