i know Old question: Does a character need to turn off stealth to make any range attack or use OW, PC or even perplex. i think im am confused with the FAQs from the wKids website, which states to prob yourself you need to cancel stealth. Does this mean any line drawn from this character is blocked until stealth or bats TA is turned off.

You do not need to turn off stealth to draw a Line of Fire to someone else, you need to turn it off in order to draw LOF to the stealthed figure. That is why you need to cancel your Stealth or Batman TA in order to PC or Perplex yourself. But you're fine to make attacks or use powers on other figures (assuming, of course, that you have LOF to them).

Isolation affects anything that would replace a value with a higher number. Examples would be: Alt FF, the Defenders TA, JSA, Batman Enemy TA, Blades/Claws/Fangs, Sidekick, etc.
Starting areas are within the first two rows of the map, but not within 4 squares of either side.
