I would say that you can reroll both dice, but you could also choose to reroll the Lucky Break roll alone. Here's why:
Lucky Break reads: When you make an attack roll for the character, if the result on either of the two dice is a 1, you may reroll one die before determining the result.
So say you roll a 1 and a 6. Now you use Lucky Break, rerolling the 1, and get a 2. Now you determine the result of the attack. Essentially the attack roll is not complete until after Lucky Break has resolved. Now that you know that your original attack roll is an 8, and that's still not great, you activate PC.
Probability Control allows you to "reroll one of your original dice (or die) rolls and to ignore the result of the original roll." The result of the original roll is 8, because the original roll has already been modified by Lucky Break. So you get to reroll the entire attack roll, because that's what you're really targeting with PC.
I guess you could target the Lucky Break roll if you chose to, because it is one of your dice rolls.
The way I've seen it ruled the one time it came up is that PC lets you re-roll a roll you just made. If you roll a 1,5, you can use PC on both or Lucky Break on one. If you use Lucky Break first, then you just rolled one die, and PC can only reroll that one die.If you use PC first and there's still a 1, you can Lucky Break that 1.

I agree. PC allows the player to re-roll the last die (or dice) roll made and once the player uses LB, that would only be the last die rolled and the only die that could be re-rolled at that point.

I don't want to talk to you no more, you empty headed animal food trough wiper. I fart in your general direction. Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries....now go away or I shall taunt you a second time.
Well, PC says you have to use all dice in the original roll, and since LB is a re-roll then you would have to use both dice since a re-roll by any definition is not an original roll.

After using LB, the die rolled is a NEW original roll, so you would just reroll the one die.
It's the same thing as PC'ing a PC roll. The PC'ed roll is now considered the original roll for the second PC.
In my day, we didn't have Heroclix. If you were being attacked by Superman with a 3d dumpster, you just had to hope you could outrun him.

Where do you get this? A re-roll is not original, or is original redefined in the glossary?

You seem to be using this to prove your point, but I don't see it. The original roll is still the attack roll. You PC it, then I PC it, but both PC the attack roll which uses 2 dice.
This issue has come up on the Judge's Forum over on the WK site and I have seen a lot of good arguments for both sides of the discussion. To date, I have not seen hair10 or any WK representative answer it, so until they do, I would make sure I asked the judge running an event BEFORE it happened - don't put them on the spot.
Also, please understand that when a rule is up in the air like this, 2 judges may rule differently and that isn't "wrong". Each is supposed to rule as they think best. Once the issue is documentd, THEN everyone should be on the same page.
