ICWOing some one's range from 0 to 1 is like having the hero pick up a rock and hit his opponent. But you could always use ICWO with Perplex and make the range a two.

Choose two or more characters that are part of your starting force. The figure named "Oracle", which is figure number 085 of the set named "Legacy" in the DC Heroclix line from Wizkids Games (pat pending, tm, copyright et al) may not be one of the characters chosen for the purposes of this card. The cost of this card applies to all characters chosen individually. The characters chosen are hereafter, in the context of the named figures being the part of a constructed force in the game, referred to as Agents.
When an Agent is given an action that would require placing an action token, you may choose to give one, and only one, of the individual agent given the action's combat values, which are Speed, Attack, Defense, Damage or Range even if the initial value is 0, a bonus of +1 until the beginning of your next turn which means the bonus will remain in effect through your opponent's full turn and expires before any character on your force may be given any non-free action.
