Can i give Sam Wilson, Force Field, and shellhead, and will he gain toughness on his first click because his second click has ESD, and when i willpower him shell head kicks in. Does this work?

I'm pretty sure that you can't give Shellhead to a figure that doesn't have the powers on the dial to begin with.

First, you cannot assign a feat card to a figure that does not meet the prereqs by himself. So you cannot assign shellhead to Sam Wilson.

Second, you can assign a feat card to a figure that does not meet the prereqs on his starting click, but the feat would not kick in until the prereqs are met. So you can assign Force Field to Sam, but he will not gain any benefit from in until he is on his second click.

Third, because the prereqs are in direct opposition, no figure can ever be elligible for both Force Field and Shellhead.
