Some of the Shade figures from DC's set many years ago has last click TK. So depending on retirement issues (he's a retired fig), he may not be playable.

That's the only one I know of, really. Most who have TK have it at the start and lose it later.

U Vision is a good piece to use. He's solid and steady in either direction. Plus you can Tbolts him to MOE, and push him into clicks you desire him to be on.
