Can exploit weakness be used with charge??

Exploit Weakness is a Close Combat Action.

Charge is a Power Action that allows you to move half your speed and then make a free Close Combat Action.

Thus you can use them together.

Well, certainly the figure with the greatest damage potential when you factor in the rule of 3 and special objects (12 clicks of penetrating damage with a critical hit, before knockback).

Best? That's another debate altogether. Captain Mako does a reasonable amount of damage with Charge/Exploit Weakness, and costs 1/4 of Magog. I've played him to greater success!

does EW work with BCF? i believe it does.

Yes. BCF activates when the figure is given a close combat action. EW is a close combat action. So they both work together just fine, and can also be used during a Charge.
