rubicon209, at this point I would recommend you personally email the Heroclix Rules Arbitrator or post this question on the WK Heroclix Rules of Combat forum so you can see normalview's answer repeated.
Even moving 0 squares is stil movement, and there is no movement until breakaway occurs. If breakaway is failed, the action is over immediately with no movement allowed. Another way to put it: A move action, or any type of action that grants movement, does not guarantee that movement will occur.
I'd appreciate it if you kept it civil, normalview.
I have done nothing but keep it civil. Trust me, if I wanted to be nasty, you'd know it

To address your last post, I never claimed that one must move in order pick up an object. In fact, I've been arguing the complete opposite the entire time.
Then right here is where everything falls down. Please re-read the Super Strength description and you will see that do in fact need to move to pick up the object. Here it is again for you:
SUPER STRENGTH (OPTIONAL): When this character moves as part of a move action, power action, or free action, it can pick up an object as a free action and carry it. The object must be either in a square the character occupies or in an adjacent square. This character can use an object it picks up as a weapon. If this power is lost or countered while this character is holding an object, immediately place the object in the square this character occupies. This power cannot be canceled while this character is carrying an object.
Outwit from the previous turn does wear off before you can use Poison this round. You would need to use your Outwit in the same round you are using Poison. Effects that end at the beginning of your turn happen before you can use free actions that happen any time during your turn. But you can use free actions that happen any time during your turn before effects that happen at the beginning of your turn.
I hope that makes sense.
I don't think that's correct... Both the wearing off of Outwit and the Poison occur at the start of turn, and I was under the belief that you decide yourself which order your 'start of turn' actions happened in...
You're good. But I'm magic!

The problem is that a lot of new players come from the "race generation" they want to define their worth by the "skill" they posses in playing a game of toy soldiers.

It is a bit convoluted, but true nonetheless. In order to Outwit someone's defensive ability for Poison to have an effect, you must do so (again) at the beginning of your turn prior to the Poison free action taking place.
While I understand the crux of your position, it is understood that Outwit lasts until your turn begins, not that it's effects end at the beginning of your turn and therein lies the difference.

You are wrong. The Outwit effect lasts "until the beginning of your next turn" according to the Danger Room PAC. In other words, the Outwit effect stops as soon as your next turn begins.
I've read everything you've posted, and I still don't agree with your interpretation.
Don't get me wrong, I understand your reasoning, I just don't agree with it.
BTW, Normalview is correct. This isn't an interpretation on his part, it's the rules.
