Hola. I couldn't find an answer to this question in the FAQ or in the timing thread:

Zombie Hulk: If you Steal Energy on a click with Willpower (ie the second click) and heal for one off of Willpower, do you take the pushing damage or does the "heal" from steal energy happen after pushing damage is applied.

You get the click from Steal Energy 1st. Pushing damage is the last thing resolved in an action.

So yes you'd gain a click, healing off willpower, then take a click for pushing since you no longer have willpower.

SE on a WP click is just one of the trade-offs you get with Zombie Hulk. Still the most playable Hulk made to-date, imho.
