Wow I love the fact that you actually have to pitch if you play baseball on the wii! Its just like playing real baseball. I love real baseball. Actually, why did I pay for this thing? I'm gonna go outside now.

Yeah, that'd be a funny moment. But yeah, baseball outside is better.

Baseball is more fun outside...but not right now being winter and all. Plus, rounding up 17 other people is a real pain.

Does it let you pitch sidearm, run the bases, slide, or dive for a catch?

If not then outside still wins.

But the Wii is still very nice though.

Aahhhh! So sad, so sad. Of course, baseball is far and away my favorite sport (ask my poor baseball widow wife) so I can't imagine never playing it outside.

Nah, it's not. You use a plastic bat and ball, but the ball has holes strategically placed to allow you to throw all kinds of crazy curves and such. It's quite fun.

Dude, don't go outside. There's ticks and mosquitos and sun and wildlife and birds and stuff. It's safer alone in a room with your Wii.

Provided, of course, that you have at least 50' cleared for your Wii motions.
