I played a guy today that had Ultraman, Superwoman and a bunch of bystanders. Very annoying team, but well thought out. But he was using the TA probability control to reroll his Impervious defense rolls. Can he do that? I know he can't with regular PC, but he said it can be done with the CSA TA. Maybe the judge has it houseruled that you can PC Impervious, but I have heard that the SE Envoy says that breaks the core set of rules and thus isn't allowed at all.

If he's stated this, then necrodog is incorrect. WK has never defined what the "core set of rules" for the game are. They've intentionally left it very loose and open to interpretation. WK doesn't want to dictate to people how they play the game. They want them to have fun and enjoy it with whatever "tweaks" work best for them.

It may be necrodog's opinion that something like that would be changing the core set of rules, but it isn't WK's.
