Say I have Vampire Batman or Supes with Batman ATA. Am I in stealth mode if I'm in hindering terrain and soaring? I mean, that would have to be a very large bush, but can't find anything in the rules that say I would not be in stealth mode. I'm going to be playing in a scenario where close combat damage would be very bad, and figured I could hypersonic Supes in and out of soaring into hindering terrain to prevent close combat. I know another soaring character could still get to me with close combat, but it limits his option. Thanks and let me know. God bless,

No they are not.

The rulebook states that terrain doesn't exist at the soaring level(barring Space Terrain which is special and does exist at soaring) so hindering terrain doesn't come into play when a character is in soaring.
