You can not move a double based transporter figure using Telekinesis.
You can target them with a Telekinesis attack.
You do not have to make an attack roll when you move a friendly character with Telekinesis.

Hmm its known you cant tk db transporters but the Danger Room Rules book doesnt mention thing either...This will bug The Rukuz till it is resolved.

OK, I don't understand you crazy 3rd person gramer, but on the top of page 3 of the Fantastic Forces rules it states that you may not move a double based figure with TK.

K first dont try and understand it ..It will only annoy you then make you mad...That said The Rukuz knows a Double based figure cant but the figure in question is the Single based transporter Spiderman from Sinister, or the singlebased transporter Sam Guthrie from armor wars.

There is a specific entry in the Danger Room rules that states Double-base characters may not be moved by Telekinesis.

There is no such entry pertaining to transporters. As such, a single-base transporter can be TKed to your heart's content.....

Correct. It has nothing to do with the fig being a transporter... you simply can't TK a double-base fig.
