Since when did these not work together (or did they ever)??? I was checking on supergene's compatibility sheet and by george there they are as not being compatible. If anyone knows the reasoning, I would be curious to know. Poor Poor Magog...

Aren't they both Close Combat Actions?

Meaning you can't give a character two different actions at the same time.



Edit: I thought they were Power Actions, but I realize they are actually Close Combat Actions

Badges2 is correct; they are both close combat actions, so cannot be used together.

Just to play the antagonist, how does flurry and blades fit? Does it have to do with the "when this character is" instead of "give this character"?

That means no more cap haymaker with exploit anymore man that really stinks...

Yes, that's it exactly. B/C/F is activated whenever you make a close combat action; it does not require a specific action of its own.
