Just need help with a few questions, thanks for your time.

1. When using PC on a Critical hit or miss, would you still take the damage on a critical miss and still ad 1 damage on a critical hit.

2. Do hovering figures have to change their elevation to move onto elevated terrain?

3.When using the feat "compel", would the MC figure take damage per the standard rule?

1) No. The rerolled result is the one that stands

2) No. Hovering characters can move over and onto elevated without altering flight mode.

3) I have no idea. You'll have to wait for Quebster or Normalview to answer that one.

3) Yes. All rules for Mind Control apply, except were noted on the feat.

When using PC, you completely reroll the die (dice). If it was an attack roll that PC was used on, the old attack roll essentially didn't happen and the new roll is all that matters.

No. Soaring is just that: soaring. Soaring is a completely different elevation than grounded or elevated.

Ask yourself this: if you did have to change the flight peg indicator of flying characters moving onto elevated terrain, how would you show the same effect in a L/C or Phasing non-flying character? Or even just a character that used the stairs?

It uses Mind Control. The only part that is different is that you can target a friendly character now. Otherwise, it follows all the normal rules for using MC including possible feedback damage.
